Please make the Vanguard skins permanent unlocks

When I played the game back in November I had Origin Access and could therefore use the Vanguard skins for both BD-1 and the Mantis. As a big fan of Titanfall these skins were the only ones I used and I like to imagine that BD-1 is the Star Wars counterpart of BT-7274. I was super excited to jump back into New Journey+ with my little robot buddy when the new update hit!
But little did I know that you need an active subscription to use a skin in this singleplayer only game. This of course makes no sense. Other EA titles with Origin Access rewards actually lets you claim the items and keep them permanently, and those are often multiplayer titles. I'd also like to point out that the official EA Help channels never really makes it clear, nor really imply, that you would need an active subscription. All common sense points to the ordinary "play it with Origin Access and you get this cool skin!".
I heard back in January that my preorder bonuses were made available for everyone so why this is even an issue is beyond me. But yeah, that's my suggestion - please make the Vanguard skins into permanent unlocks for Origin Access members because requiring an active subscription to use them makes no sense for a game like this.
