I was playing SW Battlefront today and wanted to write to members of my team, press "Y" key and the mouse cursor appeared on screen, couldn't write on the chat and couldn't play anymore since i was stuck and could only move my cursor, not my character.😠
"Y" is for ALL chat, "U" is for Team chat. If you get stuck, try just pressing "Enter" a few times to cancel out of the chat menu.
Hey @TapouTony420 thanks for the help 😃, but i tried that. Actually i even tried to exit the game through console commands (i played a lot of CS, back in the days) but weren't able 😢 . I had to Alt+F4 my way out just to start a new game without the error.
Yup it looks like at this time you only have two options: Try to wait it out maybe if you have a good team and only need one more win, or just alt+f4. In between rounds during the part where you find out which character you're playing as or right before it (i forget exactly). Just avoid that and you should be fine. I often forget though and it's annoying.
