PS4 - Can't Load Saved Games - Digital Copy

PS4 - Can't Load Saved Games

I bought the game digitally. when i try to load a saved file i get a pop up saying "your save file failed to load because of content that has not completed installation"

I have unistalled / reinstalled the game several times but it does not fix the issue.

Help!! as i am tired of starting over and over at the tutorial...

    so i spoke to the helpdesk - the game becomes playable but does not mean it is 100% downloaded. so i ll wait for the 100% download status and report back.

    Did you have to uninstall the game, reinstall and wait for it to download 100% before replaying?

    How do I contact the help desk? & how do I view the progress of my download? It looks finished to me.

    This frustrating thing is happening to me too on my PS4 .  And yes... The game has been 100% downloaded.  I'm about to ask PlayStation store for my money back.  This is so freaking stupid... I mean seriously

    @VicMackey321  It sounds like you may have found a solution but if not, here is something that has worked for me with other games

    Go to Settings -> Account Management -> Restore Licenses 

    Hope this helps 🙂

    Hi Mattbeck314...I did find the solution.  Sad to say it was my darn fault.  The game was NOT 100% downloaded, yet.  So embarrassed. 

    Appreciate you jumping in the help though.  Thank you!!!!

    Sadly the game does not directly tell you it is still downloading/updating. You have to go to the options menu from the ps4 console menu, then go to information at the bottom.  Under "Download Status" you will see the download status on whether it is downloading still and how much.
