Not OP, but having the same issue here with the T.Flight X. The game accepts inputs from the HOTAS, but reads it as a controller. The "Controls" menu does not give any options for anything other than mouse and keyboard and controller. I have tried:
- Updating drivers and firmware on the HOTAS
- Unplugging and repluging the stick
- Adjusting controller settings in steam's menu
- Restarting the game
- Restarting my computer
I just updated to GeForce 456.55, and am running the game through an Oculus rift launching from Steam VR, if relevant.

Thanks for the details!
Would you mind trying the suggestion that was posted over at this thread to see if it helps in your case as well?

Let me know if you're still having trouble with the throttle afterward. Thanks!

I actually solved the issue on my own. There is a "PC/PS3" toggle switch on the front of the T.Flight X HOTAS which faces away from you while in use. This switch was in the "PS3" position. Once I toggled it over to the "PC" position I have had no issues. The problem, as is often the case, was between the HOTAS and the chair the whole time.
Still not working for me, I’m aware of the ps3 switch. I have to go to work so I’ll troubleshoot more when I get home.

Tflight HOTAS 4...same issue Sees the stick and not the throttle
This only uses 1 USB cable, so its not like I can just reset the throttle.
I found that if I switch it to 5-axis mode, the 5th axis works as a throttle. Any suggestions on how to make the throttle works as a throttle?
