Yep, it seems to be working. I only changed the sampling rate, from 48 to 44.1 KHz, leaving the Bit Depth at 24. Cheers for the solution and happy blasting!
Thanks for all of your reports, it will be useful data for the studio to investigate this issue. We have indeed noticed that many stuttering issues were be able to fixed by lowering the audio quality of your sound output but it is good to know that the Sound Blaster Audigy SE is often responsible aka system part if people encounter stuttering issues.

Issue still not fixed in the release game.
i have an Asus Xonar DG, lowering to 41khz helps a lot but still not perfect.
first post video is the best example.
please fix it!
