Re: Bright White Flash Screen When Meditating in Jedi: Fallen Order

Hey @spelfury I've not seen any other people discussing this and as someone who suffers from cluster migraines, I feel your pain.

Have you tried going into you TV or monitor settings and lowering your brightness there to see if it helps?

  • @EA_DarkoI have and I have also turned down the blue color on my monitor and it has helped some. That said white flashes in games have been known to cause problems with some people, epileptics for example.

I wanted to put a bug in someones ear about having an option to turn such screen effects off. It would help me enjoy the game much better. To put it candidly, pain isn't fun.

  • At the community manager, there's plenty of discussion about the blinding white screen on the reddit forums and elsewhere on the internet. People probably don't even realize these EA forums exist.

  • @EA_Darko I can tell you that it's a problem for my wife and I. We are big Star Wars fans and she was very much looking forward to watching me play Fallen Order. Unfortunately she suffers from chronic migraines and is light sensitive at times. These super bright meditation transitions are blinding for her. I try to warn her, but I don't always remember. There really should be more consideration put into a menu you're going to access hundreds of times throughout the course of a game.

This is on the older side of time, I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Jedi: Fallen Order, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.
