Re: Character stuck in map after Ilum cutscene

Summarize your bug Boarded the mantis after escaping the undead nightsisters and the cutscene doesn’t load. I travel to ilum and I am now stuck not able to move my character or do anything.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I only just discovered this, but if the cutscene doesn’t load on dathomir after escaping the tomb travel to to ilum or any other planet and once it loads you will be stuck in the mantis. When you attempt a reload your character will be stuck next to the door not able to move or do anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you travel to another planet your character becomes frozen and cannot move at all.
What do you expect to see? The cutscene after reaching the ship then going to ilum to repair my lightsaber.

This is the first time i’ve encountered this glitch so I’m not sure if you can recreate it.

    I had the exact same thing happen to me.  Character is completely frozen, I've tried loading the game from the most recent save point, which just brings me right back.  I'm so frustrated given how much time I've put into the game.

    @Axs3355Sxa3550 Tried a bunch of stuff but nothing has worked. For now I'm gonna keep my old save in the hopes that they fix it, and start a new game and just try to blast through the story.

    That’s what i’m doing now. Hopefully it doesn’t glitch out again and if it doesn’t load the cutscene i’ll try to find a meditation point or use the one on the ship and see if reloading that file works

    Literally having the same problem right now, no idea how to fix it really will be annoyed if I have to start from scratch.

    Same cutscene falling thru ice immediately stuck no option but to restart game get same issue everytime

    Did you ever get out from under this? 

    I’m stuck in the same spot and will be super pissed if I have to start over.

    Still broken in this latest patch (downloaded and install patch 11/26/2019).   Ilum>Mantis, came down ramp and stepped on ice and nothing, no falling through the ice.  So am stuck.

    I have the same bug first time around looked at these forms saw that one person did it over and over and it work and what I did was I set my appearance to default at my last save point and just walk through flow through that crevasse and the cutscenes being played out perfect dropping me into the Open Water instead of that little circle. Total, all you need to do don't work for me reload to your last meditation point which isn't far away, then go to your appearance and set it to your original outfit and make BD0 original just in case , im on pc btw

    FIX/SOLUTION
