Re: Disappearing dead bodies ruin the immersion

@redorblue

Thank you for writing it in detail, couldn't have described it better.

The game feels like it was made for 6 year old kids with large enemy groups fading away in a cheap animation in front of your eyes. Though the game is being played mostly by grown ups who are die hard Star Wars fans. Therefore such a ridiculous thing as disappearing bodies should put the internet in rage mode...I wonder why so few people complain about this issue, especially the Star Wars fans. Even my girlfriend laughed about the disappearing enemies and she is not even a HC gamer.

I try to immerse myself into being a Jedi, exploring the galaxy and trying to solve mysteries and follow my important mission, supported by the authentic sound design, licensed music and believable visuals. But after EVERY fight, I get instantly drawn out of the immersion, the bubble of imagination gets destroyed and I am being reminded that I just play a cheap unrealsitic video game which tries to be a wannabe Star Wars experience.

I like to stand there in games, after a hard battle, examining and admiring the enemies who just lost their lives because of me. To show them respect on the one hand, and to look at their maliciously designed outfits or discusting insect bodies or horrific monster appearances. But in this game, they just fade away...like if they were replaceable pixels.

Feels like I am playing on an Arcade from the 80s where the enemies disappeared in a blinking animation. Almost 40 years later and they still disappear?! This is an insult for players of this generation!

I cannot finsih the game like that and will sell it if they don't patch this until the weekend.
