this didnt work for me. For some reason the email address popping up for the EA access is an old email account. i tried your steps thinking it would clear out the old an update the new/current email address...sadly it didnt.
EA team/support - I still cant play online for PS4. please do something to remedy. bought it a week ago and right now its just sitting there because it would let me log in
