Yeah, can soundly say it's tricky to find sustained interest in this. This is a far cry from simulation flight games and not in a good way, it just keeps getting more arcadey the higher you go in ranked. Needs a save or it's going to go the EA Battlefront 2 way.
@EmmyV7I agree, you cant have an arcade sim and you cant please them both cause youll end up pleasing none. They are just two opposed ends of the meter. I think they seen this during testing when people thought they were getting a galactic assault rouge squadron shooter and got a beetle bug racing adventure in space, which is why we got this thing.
It would be a heck of a save if they can pull off a battlefront 2 by either going full arcade third person and let the current base down or go full sim and do a major revamp to the physics dynamics and play balance. Some minor modeling work, which can be ignored and game modes which also can take a back seat till its resolved and everyone is good to go.
