Re: Game randomly gets stuck on launch splash screen

Please try these steps:

Right click the game in Origin and then Repair
Temporarily disable your antivirus/malware software
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

I've tried all of that but repairing it is the only way to fix it temporarily. For example yesterday I repaired it and it worked all day. However this morning it wouldn't launch at all. It seems random because I tried it just now and it launched just fine. Maybe I should try reinstalling Origin? I've tried reinstalling the game on different drives and everything.

I too have this difficulty, will there be a patch on this? I have also tried the afore mentioned fixes...

Hey, can we get an actual fix to this issue? Or refund my money for the game????
