The difference between Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition is the Season Pass. You can buy the Season Pass for your Deluxe Edition.

You will find it at Origin. At the left side of play button, there is an "i" (more information); click on this icon "i", scroll down, and you will see the option to buy the Season Pass.
