Yes, I made sure to uninstall the NVIDIA drivers (I switched from a GTX 760) and installed the necessary AMD drivers.

@WasabiWolf311, okay, but did you also use DDU for that? Or just the general Windows uninstaller?No I just used the regular windows uninstaller
