@khalil512 we don't have information what kind of controller models except of the official Xbox controller will be fully supported with the release version of the game.

i understand there being no legacy controller option in the beta but will there be in the full game? Also how will i know before I buy it as this will be a determining factor on if i purchase it or not...
- I was talking about the legacy stick options that you can adjust in-game under the settings menu, much like southpaw, legacy is a stick option where the movement options are switched between the sticks. This was a common change in battlefront 4. Some other games have this options like this such as call of duty or halo. I just need to know if there will be this legacy stick option in the game at launch.
