Re: redeem code problem

Hi

I also have the copy of BF SW and I am unable to redeem it via Origin. Tried to contact an advisor and just wasted my time. It says that the code is invalid but the advisor was able to "see" for what game the code was but was unable to add it to my account.

Same problem with BF RR,BF V, NFS Carbon, NFS Underground 1/2, NFS Most Wanted (2005)-invalid code.

P.S (also tried to clean the data cache from my HDD and log off, nothing helps)

    @Lunelli_98

    Not all older games can be added digitally to Origin.  I did check your account to verify this, and it seems that our Advisors tried to redeem all of the codes that you provided. 

    The only thing I could not find was the Battlefront code that you're referring to-- I assume that with BF SW you mean our latest Star Wars: Battlefront? Even so, unfortunately, I am unable to troubleshoot account and code issues via a public forum. If you still need help with that, then please contact a Game Advisor again.

    I would like to mention that I saw that you setup multiple cases on the same subject. From what I can tell our Advisors have done everything they could for you and won't be able to offer you further assistance with legacy codes.

    Sorry about that.

    I don't have Battlefront. What I meant was the game Battlefield Secret Weapons of WWII.
