Take a look on the guide again, looking for a file to be uploaded it will have some more info @diamondude14
/Aticthe guide only talks about connection issues, my problem i know is not a connection issue because it even happens offline, in story mode and the tutorials

/Atic hi I found out the problem. my pc doesn't have the graphics card needed for the game.
