I only use the standard windows defender have no VPN nothing is blocking it from that end @EA_Atic

@EA_Atic, same with me. I bought from steam. My steam account is linked to EA.com but the game does not yet show on my origin app.

No firewall right now, i allowed squadrons to go through. Still showing 918 after password reset and set up TFA.

The stars maybe aligned with Fifa21 and their servers being down as well.

Looks like it was bad to time the 2 games to go live together?

@gamer_to_heart  I'm not sure if it'll show up in origin, the stupid part is my mate can connect fine

Hey folks,

A few items to summarize:

• If you play via Steam, you don't need Origin
• You still need to have your EA account connected through Steam
• The game isn't live everywhere yet. We started release at 12am local time for New Zealand, and we're rolling it out 12am local time to the rest of the world right now.
• Please double-check your orders were successful, and that your pre-order hasn't failed
• Make sure you're not playing via a VPN

In the meantime, I've flagged Error Code 918 to our teams so we can check it out. Thanks for your patience, and hopefully we'll get you into the game soon.
