Actually, one of the most common causes for that message is trying to play the game with an account registered to a player who is less than 16 years old.

@Gorath_the_Elder, 16? is that the issue? I get that message too for my teen's sub-accounts (both 14yrs old). They haven't been able to play multiplayer online. Why is it 16 when the game is rated 'T' which is 13+?
What's the solution then? recreating my kid's accounts to be 16 yrs old?
