Secret and Chest not counting on Ilum

Summarize your bug On Ilum, I have all chests and all secrets, but it shows I am missing 1 secret in crystal caves and 1 cheat in Imperial Trench (the only chest). I think what happened was after I grabbed my new lightsaber it tells you to get back to your ship. Until you get back outside it doesn’t let you pull up your map. During this map time I grabbed the chest and the remaining secret and then went outside to continue the mission. I think grabbing those items during the map downtime is what bugged it. My databank shows that i have the secret collected and even when I leave the planet and come back those 2 items are still missing from the map count, but are still actually collected. This is stopping me from getting the trophy and the platinum. it seems that others are missing chests and secrets in other locations as well even though they had been collected. Hopefully this can be patched soon. Otherwise great game.
