I'm having the same issue. PS4. Never done game-sharing, no changes to network. It just stopped connecting and gave the 721 code. I've reset everything and nothing. It's pretty disappointing.

Our squad is mixed PC & PS.
NONE of us can talk to EA servers, error 721.
One of the people is a network admin and we've done heroics trying to rectify the issue.
None of us have shared accounts either, all solo.
We're all blocked without any type of resolution.
@EA_Atic - can you get someone to help us? This 721 issue is cross-platform and impacting more users. We've done our diligence per the EA collateral on remediating the problem.
