sorry this account is unable to play online

Not quite sure why, but when i tried to play star wars squadrons today i kept getting the message "this account is unable to play online Error 524" i purchased the game on sale through the epic games...

What do you mean exactly with the server for PC is red?

Xbox One, Play Station 4, and Steam all have green up arrows to the right.  PC has a red down arrow to the right.
