I just got Battlefront (not battlefront ii) and have been playing online with the same card hand a while now.
I recently purchased new cards, and modified my hands after gaining the ability to have multiple. After fiddling around with some different combinations, I deleted the hands I didn't need.
For some reason, the abilities in those hands got deleted too, and now they're no longer available and I have to buy them again!
What's the dealio?

Seems like a weird issue. I am sure that those abilities aren't gone. I would suggest turning on and off your PC or console to try and solve it.
If you create a new hand in the game, you will most likely be able to choose those abilities again.
If they aren't available, and you see them locked away again, then something did go wrong with saving the progress on the server. Did you have any connectivity issues? Do you have the same amount of credits now (did you get those back as well) because then the game didn't save the buy-action.
