Will star wars battlefront have splitscreen?
In the old games that let me and my brother play together, one of the best things about the serisis.
So will this one have splitscreen?
Please include it.

There, I said it. EA already has the perfect game engine for this. It would expose all Battlefield fans to Battlefront, and would sell a lot of Battlefields to Battlefront fans, who would finally get the game they want/deserve (especially now that Lucas Games has been shut down)

Not much has been announced about the next Battlefront. I suggest you check http://www.ea.com/star-wars-battlefront regularly for updates. 🙂

The Star Wars games have not been a direct part of EA's game stable. Atari had all of the contracts up until SWTOR. Disney had not expressed interest in the older LucasArts games, either, and AHQ hasn't previously included separate forums for the SWTOR MMO, since the Self-Help Forums haven't been closed there.
I would think that Bioware's (or DICE's) forums would be a more appropriate place for general Star Wars discussion, now that the situation appears to be changing, but there is still a SW/BF-2 forum available at LucasArts:

This isn't a question as much as it is a request. Trying to stir up hope that a sequal might come along. Have a bunch of ideas that seem pretty obvious and just wondered "What if". Since EA is producing the next Battlefront, who is publishing? And if it is DICE, what other franchises can they bring back to life? Since they already used their engine to remake Army of Two, could they be doing the same for Star Wars? What if they did the same for a mercenaries sequal?
