Star wars battlefront deluxe edition issue

My original PS4 was stolen and I had Star Wars battlefront Deluxe editon psychical copy, I got a new PS4 with all my original account details on my new PS4 and I got Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe edition again however when I put the code in the PS store, it tells me it has already been used.... This is a new copy of the game and I do not know how this issue happened..
