Star wars battlefront deluxe edition items

I bought the Star wars battlefront deluxe edition on the psn and got none of the items that you were suppose to get? please help

    Hey, if your Deluxe edition stuff is missing please try the steps below.

    PlayStation 4

    1. Open the PlayStation Store and go to your Library.
    2. Highlight Star Wars Battlefront and press the X button.
    3. Highlight Related Items and scroll over to My Add-Ons then press the X button.
    4. Highlight the down arrow next to the Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition content and press the X button to start your download.
    5. Wait for your download to finish and install, then start Star Wars Battlefront.
    6. Find your items in the Star Cards, Blasters, and Appearance sections of the Collect menu.

    Xbox One

    1. Highlight Star Wars Battlefront on your Xbox dashboard.
    2. Press the Menu button on your control and choose Manage game.
    3. Download and install your Deluxe Edition downloadable content and start Star Wars Battlefront.
    4. Find your items the Star Cards, Blasters, and Appearance sections of the Collect menu.

    Lo mismo me pasa y no tengo notificaciones de algun codigo de promocion para el PSN, o se supone que adivine donde esta mi codigo?????

    I am having a similar problem. I bought the deluxe edition as a hard copy and I used the code to get the items.  I can't get it to install.  It says the material is downloaded but I've been waiting since I bought it for it to install. I have built up lots of in game credits, but refuse to spend any of them on in game stuff until I get the items I paid the extra cash for with the deluxe pack

    I am having the same issue (PS4). I followed the steps EA provided to initiate the download for the Deluxe content and it completed the install, but NOTHING WAS UNLOCKED. Now, when I try to re-input my code is says that my code is invalid.

    UPDATE: The file has downloaded, but it is stuck on "waiting to install..." in my download menu. What is it waiting for?????
