@Tevtheman1 Hi, unfortunately the de-rank was due to a fix that was applied to the game. A number of players were affected by an issue which prevented them from finishing matches.

These folks can now play, but it affected other users, resulting in a rank rollback. Unfortunately we don't have a way to re-rank those affected, sorry.

STOP WITH THE AUTOMATED RESPONSES - YOU ARE THE GAMING CONSOLE'S MULTIPLAYER BIG WHIG, YOU CAN'T TAKE A VALUED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LIKE STAR WARS AND RUIN IT BY STEALING EVERYONE'S MONEY THE WAY YOU HAVE.

My rank was lost as well with the roll back and now the hutt contracts are frozen and not updating the progression.  What progression I had on some on the contracts was reset and they are not updating as well.  Is there any update when this will be fixed?
