Community Admin@q_Archangel_pHey, your way around this would be to purchase a physical copy of the game in an English-speaking region and consume the code on your account. This would then give access to all that region's languages. You wouldn't need the disc, consuming the code should grant sufficient access.
So for me who pre-ordered the game for my Xbox in UAE (a country with 80% expatriate population) your solution is... suck it up and buy another copy of the game?! Wow. All my microsoft settings are in English across all platforms, there's no indication that I would require otherwise. First and last digital download, thanks EA
