As far as I know all sounds will be in english regardless of region restrictions. And if you want Deluxe or Ultimate edition - well, you screwed (same as me). There are no deluxe or ultimate edition in retail stores and you can only buy standart edition. You may ask EA Customer Support for more details. Maybe they will be able to help you.
Well, I found some of the russian version video gameplays. All in this Russian language, even sound, so terrible (no offence to russian guys, ofc). EA customer service, I guess, can't help me, but still thank you for you advice. Also, if you in the same trouble as me, you can follow the advice above to buy somewhere a physical copy of the game in some english-speaking region (but here you need to pay additional dollars or euros). But still this is not the solution, but an option.
