Actually,

Even if you buy and use US version of the game, and try to install it on russian pc (windows 8.1 language also english!!) - menus will be english, but sound will be still Russian!!!

Just tried it, and cannot found any way around it...

There is a way to switch voiceover lang. Just go to pl version, go to options and switch voiceover to english, exit game, then switch game to ru version. You'll get ru texts with eng voiceover. But if you change your settings again it'll return to ru voiceover. Anyway on reddit there is an easy way to do it. But i won't post it here.
