EA Staff (Retired)Have you checked for any updates to Fallen Order? If non are available can you try searching for PS5 version (with your CD inserted if you have a disc) and confirm if you can download or purchase it?
No updates, and while I very much can find a combined PS4/PS5 version of the game on the store, I have to pay for it again to access it.
Edit: I own a digital copy, so no disc is inserted.

To confirm have you tried to Restore Game Licence on the PS5?
The digital version should follow the flow for an upgrade by Sony here. If the issue keeps up we might need to ask them about the entitlements on your PSN account.
