Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order Tundra BD-1 Skin for PS4

Hello,   Is there some opportunity to get Tundra BD-1 skin for PS4 in Europe or Czech Republic?  I bought a few Codes from ebay but all writes to me: The prepaid card is not available in this regi...
