I had a similar issue with EAC over the past month trying to play War Thunder, and my whole computer would crash after EAC loaded. Today I uninstalled norton and used windows defender and now the game works with 0 issue. Not saying that norton is the problem for you, but it was in my case. Also, I had already attempted disabling norton and adding file exceptions so I assume norton is trigger something in EAC.
