What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I was playing in a game and then the sound cut out then it crashed and couldn’t reload it afterwards (I have already tried uninstalling and installing it again multiple times)
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. I can’t remember the map but the menu doesn’t load correctly either

I was playing mid match in squadrons and the sound cut out and now the sound won’t turn back on again and nothing loads correctly and there is an infinite loading screen. 

I have already done multiple uninstalling and installing really need help
(Xbox 1 this is on)
