Star Wars Squadrons Xbox Ons edition won’t launch

My brother got Star Wars Squadrons Xbox One for Christmas and when he put it in our Xbox One S it doesn’t give us the notification that it is downloading. I thought it could be an issue with our disc drive but when I put in Overwatch it booted up. Has anyone else had this problem?
