Hey there, @Draco_Pilot  have you tried to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 🙂 
 
How to power cycle: 
  • Turn of the console
  • Unplug the console.
  • Wait 30 secends
  • Plug the console back
  • Start the console.

    Hello guys, this power cicle didn't help.

    I don't know why in my PS store location this download is not available, please send a link or something to donwload in my console. 

    My PS account belongs to Chile in Southamerica, and when I have tried to download it, a message this "content is not available appears" 

    Please need help with this.
