Hi,
A couple of things here to take into account:
- Always run Origin as administrator
- Make sure that your Windows installation and GPU drivers are completely updated
- Make sure that an anti-virus, anti-malware or firewall program isn't blocking Origin and Battlefront.
If the issue remains then try the following:
- Clear the Origin cache
- Run your system in a clean boot
