I'm just trying to run in 1080p but I get performance issues. I get over 100fps on epic but there are moments when it dips way down to 40fps then the visuals stutter for a good second or two like the game just froze and came back. No matter what settings I change this happens and then the framerate goes right back where it was.
My GPU never goes over 70% usage and CPU stays below 65% but these dips happen a lot. It's definitely a game issue and not hardware. It happens most often during scenes where the camera cuts to a different position or the game loads some stuff in. I've run into a number of bugs too so I don't think this game was quite as polished as it should have been for PC release. Not surprised.
@prot8to You think that's bad at least you're able to play try having an xbox one s totally not optimized
