Terrarium Seed bug, not planting, not scanable anymore.

Summarize your bug The terrarium seed - Dreamwort, I scanned it go through story when I back at ship, the dreamwort is not getting planted. I tried go back to crash site on zeffo again and it's not scanable anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Scan Dreamwort seed during the story
What happens when the bug occurs? Seed not get planted, no pile of dirt inside the terrarium.
What do you expect to see? Normal seed planing and grow, of course.

Hi, I know this game is a bit old, I don't know EA is still patching the bugs or not. I just register EA subscription and download and play Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order. Trying to collect all things for the platinum trophy. Until I found a bug. That is a terrarium seed - Dreamwort. I scanned it go through story when I back at ship, the dreamwort is not getting plant. I try go back to crash site on zeffo again and it is not scanable anymore. I search through forums many people have this problem but no one answer those questions. And no patch is out to fix this. I upload my saved game to PSN, delete the game and redownload it. Wait for it fully download not just playable data. It's still the same. To be honest, this is disappointed and I don't think it will happen with big game producer like EA games. Hope EA will fix this as soon as possible. Until then, I won't play this game anymore, and also considered anything from EA games twice or thrice before buying. Thanks.
