@EA_Leeuw No, I haven't been able to get the game started ever.

@ThatYoungDev, gotcha. And how exactly are you trying to play the game? Is that via the EA Desktop app, or Origin? Do you need an EA Play subscription to play the game? @EA_Leeuw It is on the EA Desktop app through the Xbox Game Pass Subscription. I tried to use origin, but the game was not available to me on that platform.

@ThatYoungDev, yeah that's the exact reason I was asking, in this case you indeed need to use the EA Desktop app.
May I ask what kind of troubleshooting steps you've tried yourself already, if any? @EA_Leeuw As I mentioned in original post, I have tried a clean reboot, uninstall and reinstall, run as administrator, and even disabling overlays like discord or Nividia GEForce

@ThatYoungDev, gotcha. Can you please post a DxDiag?
https://help.ea.com/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ @EA_Leeuw Yes, I have also already included this in the original post.

@ThatYoungDev, thanks.
I can see from the file that you're getting some errors with Origin, especially something along the lines of "ucrtbase.dll".
I've been looking on our forums and some players report that this could have something to do with a too high HiDPI (scaling).
Is this maybe something you can check on your PC?
Another thing I would recommend to check if is you're maybe able to reinstall the VC++ files of the game:
- Close game + Origin- Download/install the latest VC++ for your system
- If the install window says that it's already installed, choose for repair
- Reboot Windows
- Check if you can boot the game
