The code should be consumed automatically on the account that was used to purchase the game. Log into the Origin client using that account and you should see SWBF in the My Games section.

No one here has access into any player account other than our own. Account problems involving your loss of the pertinent data identifying your account cannot be solved without help from the Game Advisers at Help Center.
Which is all fine and well, and I appreciate your attempt at helping me, but to say that my question has been answered would be incorrect. If you do know how one can access your original player account, please advise how to do so. Is there a webpage ? Email address? Through Origin? Or do I have to contact a Game Advisor as you mentioned? Any steps that would help me know where to start would be appreciated.
