unable to get past embrace dark side of force

i pre-ordered but only started to play today on ps4. disc version installed it updated it but wont let me pst the first section 'embrace the dark side of the force' as it needs installing which it already has been. spent money on a game that doesnt even work?!

    @jaybayy93 Hey, the UI elements won't always show this, but it should still be installing. Leaving it run should help. 

    If the issue still persists for you now can you try closing the machine fully (nor rest mode) and check again?
