Unable to play from Origin - Please help

Hello

I have tried Twitter, Live chat (Been trying over 24 Hours) so I'll now try here.

I have downloanded and paid for the game Via Origin for the PC, It's been downloaded and installed and is showing in my games Library but I am not able to play it for some reason.  When in the library if i right click and try to play, play is light grey and unclickable, sometimes if I leave origin open for some time the 'play' button is clickable, i click is, it egg timbers and then does nothing appart from going light grey again. I've tried repairing the game and also following the steps to remove all old cached files but nothing has woked.


Help me Battlefront, you're my only hope
