Unable to type anything/password on ea sign in screen (no keyboard). Xbox one

@FrankieBarnacle have you already tried to perform a hard reset of your console or to re-install the game? To do so, keep your finger pressed on the Xbox One symbol on your actual console until it is shutting down. Disconnect now the power cable and wait for a minute, connect it back after and reboot the console. The console should now start with a green Xbox bootscreen and it might take a bit longer than usual.
