What happens when the bug occurs? After some minutes of playtime (about 10 minutes but it is variable) suddenly a serious lag appears in the head tracking of the vr headset: if I move/rotate my head the new viewpoint is not updated in real time, but after a delay of about 1 second. The game plays smoothly, ther is no perceivable frame rate drop, the only effect is this delay in the game reaction to head movement. If I pause the game, pull out my Oculus Quest, wait some time (half a minute is enough) and then I wear the Oculus again the game starts working correctly again. But after some minutes the issue happens again.

I have this issue only in Star Wars Squadrons, any other VR game that I have runs perfectly fine.
I found a solution for me:
I disabled Ultra Low Latency in the Nvidia Settings, and enabled pre-rendered virtual reality frames = 3.
This got rid of the headtracking/graphical stutter and frametime jumping.
It's buttersmooth now.
I hope it works for you as well
