What do I do when the error message reads "Code already in use"?

First download did not work so I uninstalled it in the Control Panel & reinstalled.  When I try yo log in Origin log in screen now, the error message reads "Code already in use".  What now??

    If you did not buy from Origin directly, you have to pursue your problem with the seller, sorry.

    @xxawesomnessxx1 How did you reinstall? If you're logged into the correct Origin account you shouldn't be prompted to enter the code again. Can you try launching the game from within the Origin client? If it's not present, please double check that you're using the correct account,

    Yes, I rechecked the code to make I entered the correct one.  When I try to log into Origin login window with my ID & password, a red box shows up at the top of the login window & the message reads "the code has already been used".  I called the store, they said to uninstall & re-install the app & try again.  I did, it did not help.  Now what???
