Not sure this game can be shared like that. Which system are you on? PC(origin or steam), Xbox or Playstation?
It sounds like you might be on steam as you mention Household settings. If so, then, unfortunately, not all games can be shared that way. For example, titles that require an additional third-party key, account, or subscription in order to play cannot be shared between accounts. It looks like this might be what's happening?

Ah. As far I've found out.... it's not possible on origin either I'm afraid. I found this thread that someone else got an answer from EA about this. I wish they allowed it as I'd want to as well.
