Why can't I launch Jedi Fallen Order (not bought on steam) on Geforce

I have been trying to launch Jedi Fallen Order for a while on Geforce Now. I've contacted support and after a day or two they say they fixed the issue, but when i try it still says that somethings wrong on their end. Please help me I've been trying since Sunday.

    Can't launch jedi fallen order on geforce now, is there a problem with EA app? I bought it on Epic Games and I haven't played it in a while because it was laggy on my computer but now I try to launch it on Geforce Now for a better experience, but the EA app says that an error occured on their end. What do I do???

    @2365357 hey im not a admin however i think your problem might just be the app, what you want to so is go into the ea app and click the three lines in the top left corner, then click "help", "app recovery" and then "clear cache" that should fix it. i had similar problems before
