Time Zones. It's released @ 12:00AM Nov. 17th eastern time, but @ the same time it is only 9:00PM on Nov 16th in California.

Why would I be located in Central US and it says it is not available until 5PM on the 18th? I don't use any type of VPN.

Mine is the same... I'm located in EST US and for whatever reason I cant play until 6 PM of the 18th? This my first dealing with Origin and I'm already upset with them.
I'm having the exact same problem!
I'd like to know why I have to wait until the 19th just because I'm in the UK - there is absolutely no need for staggered release dates in this day and age unless EA only has one server up and running! Surely I'd be on UK/EU servers and so nothing to affect the US launch. Very poor show.

I'm in colorado and purchased at 12:30am on the 17th when IT SAID THE WAIT IS OVER AND THE GAME WAS AVAILBLE. It "preloaded" and now it says the game will not be released until 4pm on NOV 18?? WHAT THE???? Everywhere on the site it says the game is available today...but it ISN'T for me.

I had the same issue. I am currently talking to Origin help via chat. I will post their response and fix if applicable as soon as I get done.

This is what I have so far.....
Pleasantries....
Them: Verify OS
Me: Win 10
Them: Go to Origin>Application Settings>Advance>Delete All game installers via Origin Client
Me: Done
Them: Now go to MY Games and right click the game and repair.
Me:Done......Installing.....Done.....Same problem
Them: May I login in your account using temprary password to check the issue?
Me: Eh.....Sure
Them: Your account's Security is very important to us....yadda yadda yadda.....verify Security Question....yadda yadda yadda...
Me: Answered the question
Them: Thanks
Them: Thank you for waiting. I appreciate your patience.
Them: Please login now on your end and check.
Me: Still says the same thing.
Me: The game picture is kinda greyed out and the hover popup says "Available November 18 2015, 6:00 PM"
Me: Also, there are a few other folks having the same problem.....

Me: The game pic just got the purple "NEW" flag. But still says the same thing.
Them: Please reload the account and check it now.
Me: By reload you mean logout and then back in?
Them: Re-load button near All Games.

Them: Can you please confirm what the reason your ISP has set for your connection.

Them: If the country set by your ISP is different, there may be issue in accessing the game.
Me: I am in the US....and it is a Florida only ISP so it's definitely US.
Them: In Application Settings>Advance, please unable Download in safe Mode and logout and login to your account.
Me: It wasn't enabled
Them: By default its not enabled.
Me: True....so you want me to enable it then?
Them: Yes
Me: enabled.....logged out
Me: and back in
Me: no change
Them: I am discussing the issue with the specialists, would you mind if I place your chat on hold for a couple minutes?

Dunno if this helps you guys or not.....maybe you can try the things he had me try. Hopefully it works for you. I will keep this tread updated as I get information.
