Windswept Ruins: Map doesn't update 2nd chest, only 1st, so can't get 100%

Summarize your bug Map shows 1/2 chests collected in Windswept ruins even though both chests have been collected.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I got the chests out of order which may have affected it. I didn't get either chest until I finished the Temple, then I came back and got the chest on the upper bridge first that required the wind-aided jump (chest count said 0/2 still), and then went down to the bottom and got the first chest (chest count updated to 1/2).
What happens when the bug occurs? Completion % isn't updated properly.
What do you expect to see? 2/2 Chests instead of 1/2 chests.
