You are not allowed to access online features on xbox one

@PandabearJacob1 I take it that you have Xbox Live Gold?

If that's not a factor make sure that you're not using a child account and that the account is not banned. 

I have xbox live gold and am on an adult so what is wrong it only works for certain people I even bought the monthly fee for EA and it still doesn't work.  This is crazy can you fix this. I've seen others posting the same thing.

im not banned and im having the same problem and iv got ault settings and its still saying not allowed access to online features plz help.

Why can't child accounts play online for Star Wars Battlefront?

Why the heck can't we use a child account? How do we get this working so I can play online with my sons? It seems so stupid and very frustrating.

I have the same issue.   I have xbox gold.  Both of my sons have unrestricted access on xbox live (child accounts).    The accounts are not banned.  I suspect EA / Origin SW is not reading the restrictions correctly.   As a reference they could BOTH play the beta.  

Hi. My son is having the same problem. I am assuming because his account is a child account. He can play on my account. There seems no reason that EA would set the game up like this. With most games allowing on line playing is within parental control. Anybody know a way around this? JM
